Teaching, leading, and learning are relationship-driven endeavors. Whole Educator Collective is a foundational professional learning experience designed to enhance self-awareness and strengthen the social-emotional and relationship-building skills of those working within a school community. In this experiential workshop, we create a safe and supportive environment, expertly and gently guiding educators to explore their own relationship histories. We invite them to reflect openly and build self-awareness of how these narratives drive behavioral patterns that influence the classroom and school community. Participants gain new social-emotional competencies and communication skills for establishing healthy relationships with fellow educators, staff, families, and most importantly, students.
